Online Payment Now Available!

The Fertilizer Customer Portal for electronic submission and payment is now available! Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, and e-check. You can access the customer portal through a Secure Access Washington (SAW) account. For help setting up a SAW account and navigating to the customer portal refer to SAW Setup Instructions.

New Product Check List



A complete application to register a commercial fertilizer includes:

  1. Company Application for Registration of Commercial fertilizer (Form 4300A)
    • Required with every new product registration.
  2. Individual Fertilizer Product Registration (Form 4300B)
  3. Metal analysis laboratory report for each product.
  4. The most recent copy of the product label.
  5. A complete copy of the Ecology Questionnaire for each waste-derived product and micronutrient fertilizer.
  6. Application Fee of $150.00 per product.
