Order Numbers and Monthly Invoices:
- Your internal order number will be captured on every document and/or certificate issued*
- New monthly invoice batch reports within the system are organized by order number describing how each charge was assessed.
- This report will be available in PDF format, and also downloadable into spreadsheet format for convenient sorting and/or importing into your own systems, creating an easy way to make sense of your monthly charges.
*Please Note: The order number field on the Certificate of Compliance will become a mandatory field, and is located on the top of the COC form, so that there will be one order number per COC.

What is C2P2?
C2P2 (Certificate of Compliance and Permit Program/Electronic COC) is an on-line system available to Washington State produce shippers. The intent is to provide the industry with a more timely, accurate, and cost effective alternative to the existing Certificate of Compliance and Permit Program. The system is designed for produce shippers to certify and document that apples, apricots, asparagus, cherries, pears, peaches and prunes meet all applicable state requirements for grades and condition. This system does not apply to any other produce or plant matter.
All application, certification and shipment information submitted by an enrollee is confidential.
