Food Assistance Partners

What do you need today?

Getting food to hungry people is a labor of love, and it can only be achieved through local leadership and volunteer support.  A network of more than 500 nonprofit organizations - ranging from food banks, to food pantries, to meal programs, to tribal organizations and more - distribute food funded by WSDA's food assistance programs.  In addition to local lead and participating agencies, meet a few statewide and regional partners.
WSDA works in partnership with state and federal government agencies to serve the people of Washington.  From distribution of commodities and implementation of federal programs, to statewide food waste reduction and nutrition education, we couldn't do it alone.
Not only are we proud to support local farmers through our Farm to Food Pantry initiative, we are also proud to work with commodity commissions to ensure that hungry people in our state have the opportunity to enjoy Washington-grown produce regardless of limited incomes.
