Commodity Commission Rule Making

The Washington State Department of Agriculture conducts rule making on behalf of the agricultural commodity commissions established under chapter 15.65 and 15.66 RCW, which includes: Alfalfa Seed Commission, Asparagus Commission, Blueberry Commission, Cranberry Commission, Hop Commission, Mint Commission, Oilseeds Commission, Puget Sound Salmon Commission, Pulse Crops Commission, Red Raspberry Commission, Seed Potato Commission, Potato Commission, and Turfgrass Seed Commission.
