Sponsoring an Internet Course

• Are available over the internet on demand.
• May contain timed slide show content.
• May contain timed video content.

• Your course platform must be able to verify the identity of each participant and time spent on the course.
• Your platform must prevent participants from skipping material. Fast forward and skip needs to be disabled in all formats (including those for mobile devices).
• Your course should periodically require interaction from the participant to ensure engagement. This can be in the form of "Next" buttons, polls, quiz questions, or similar interface elements.
• You must provide WSDA with the web address for each course.
• You must provide us a unique WSDA login and password for the course platform.

• Request for Recertification Course Accreditation form [PDF] and
• Detailed Agenda and Summary Presentation form [PDF]
  • You may submit own detailed agenda in place of WSDA form if you:
    • Summarize each presentation for which you are requesting credit.
    • Note pesticide-related topics covered.
• Spreadsheet of previous WSDA course numbers and titles for course renewals.

• Once complete, your request is moved into a queue for review.
• This queue is usually booked out two to four weeks in advance, depending on the time of year.
• A specialist will contact you with any questions that come up during the review.
• After your course is approved, we will email you the course number and credit information, a roster form, and further instructions.
• An internet course approval is good until midnight of Dec. 31 of that calendar year.

• Incorrect license numbers will not be awarded credit.
