Spongy moth treatments for 2019 are complete. We treated about 1,700 acres combined in Kitsap, King, and Snohomish counties. More information can be found below.

Open Houses

We hosted two open houses in Kitsap County about the eradication project. Open houses in King and Snohomish counties were canceled due to inclement weather. You can view the recording of our virtual open house below. 


 

 

Environmental Reviews

WSDA conducted state and federal environmental reviews to determine whether the 2019 eradication project would have any significant impact to the environment. The reviews were made available for public review and comment. Below are the final reviews, both of which found no significant impact to the environment.
