Plant Diagnostics Service and Fees

The lab must be notified prior to sample submission.

The lab offers a variety of diagnostics and has a fee schedule for services offered.
Depending on sample volume and availability, the lab can perform the following tests

• Fungal
• Viral
• Sanger sequencing
• Next Generation Sequencing

New pathogen tests can be established on a case-by-case basis and on a cost recovery basis. Please contact our lab for further information.

Established conventional PCR testing for a single Sample	$145: Each additional PCR is $85.
Established PCR testing for more than 12 samples	$35 per sample: Each additional PCR per samples is $10.
Bacterial ID	$80.00
Microscopy	$65 per sample
Fungal Testing	$65 per sample
ELISA testing for virus, fungal and bacterial diagnostics	$160 for first sample. $15 Each additional sample.
Sequencing of Barcoding Region of an isolated pathogen or single organism	$ To Be Determined
