Pesticide Compliance

What do you need today?

Pesticide Compliance

The Pesticide Compliance Program enforces federal and state regulations relating to pesticide storage, distribution, transportation, disposal, and use. We believe that the most effective way to protect people and the environment from pesticide exposure is through voluntary compliance with these laws. We strive to accomplish this through effective outreach and hands-on assistance to those working to comply backed up by a strong enforcement presence.
