- Relevant to: Licensees that make aerial applications- including by drone, airplane, and helicopter
- Relevant to: Licensees that use any non-soil fumigants, including those with current Private Applicator, Fumigant, Stored Grain, PCO General/Structural, Pest Animal, and SO2
- Relevant to: Licensees that currently have Public Health Pest Control category or treat public health pests
- Relevant to: Licensees that use pesticides to control vertebrate pests, including those that have Pest Animal or PCO General categories
- Relevant to: Licensees with the following categories: Post Harvest Fruit & Vegetable, Structural and Turf De-mossing, Stump Treatment, Cooling Tower, Interior Plantscaping, Sewer Root
- Relevant to: Licensees that perform weed control (ornamental, agricultural, or rights-of-way)
- Relevant to: Licensees that perform insect & disease control outdoors (ornamental or agricultural)
- Relevant to: Licensees with the Post Harvest Fruit & Vegetable or Potato Sprout Inhibitor categories
- Relevant to: Applicators under 18 or those who supervise/employ applicators who may be under 18
- Relevant to: All licensees
- Relevant to: Pesticide dealers
- Relevant to: All pesticide users (including those who mix/load, transport, clean equipment, or dispose of excess pesticides/wash waters)
