Bond Claim Notice
Pursuant to Chapter 20.01 RCW, WSDA has initiated a claim against Washington Export LLC agricultural bond. Any Washington state producer of agricultural products having claim(s) prior to October 31, 2025, against Washington Export must file a verified complaint with the Director of Agriculture within 60 days of this notice.
