Required data collection during the month of April
CSFP Lead Agencies are required to collect and report racial and ethnic data of CSFP participants who received a CSFP food package throughout the month of April. Reach out to your regional representatives with any questions. FNS-191 Forms are due to WSDA FA Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
CSFP Income Eligibility Guidelines
It is time again to update the CSFP Income Eligibility Guidelines. Reminder that the big change this year was an increase in income guideline (Federal Poverty Level) from 130% FPL to 150% FPL. Below are the web links to all updated versions of the CSFP Income Guidelines: AGR6-2503-007 (R/3/25) with an effective date of March 2025.

Please distribute these to all your local CSFP points of distribution immediately and ensure last year’s income guidelines are removed/replaced.
2025 CSFP Participant Survey is available now!
Download and print the survey in English, Spanish, Russian, and Vietnamese for CSFP participants to fill out upon picking up their food boxes in April and May. They can be mailed to the address printed at the top of each survey, or scanned and emailed to your regional rep. A digital version is also available here.
Surveys are due by Friday, June 13th, 2025.
