After the Customer Inventory Form is received and screened, staff will contact you to reserve a space for an upcoming collection event. The week before the collection event, an emailed packet will be sent to you including:
  • A map with directions to the collection site
  • Confirmation letter with appointment time. We assign group appointment times to prevent long lines if everyone showed up near the same time.
  • Additional necessary transportation documents. We will provide you with a bill-of-lading document listing in alphabetical order the pesticide products you are transporting to the collection event.

During the collection event please be aware that a Declaration of Waste Pesticide will need to be signed, to transfer ownership from you to WSDA. At this point WSDA is the official waste generator and customer’s names are not listed on the disposal manifest or any other disposal documents. You should retain the signed Declaration and bill-of-lading documents for your files as proof of proper disposal.
