What do you need today?

WPS Train the Trainer Refresher

WSDA will partner with two grower representative organizations to offer two Train the Trainer (TtT) Refresher workshops during the 2024  training season. This 4-hour, highly interactive course is designed to brush-up the training skills of current WSDA WPS-Certified Trainers that obtained their certification within the last 3 years. 

Course Information


PARTICIPANTS 
All individuals who obtained their WSDA WPS-Certified Trainer certification AFTER November 2016, must complete a TtT Refresher course every three years in order to maintain their trainer certification. The WSDA WPS-Certified Trainer certification can also be renewed by re-taking the full 2-day TtT course and re-certifying as a WSDA WPS-Certified Trainer.

REGISTRATION AND FEES
Space is limited! Register early by calling the sponsor registration contact in the training calendar. Fee is payable to the sponsor.

PESTICIDE CREDITS
WSDA licensed participants will be offered 4 pesticide credits.

Length: 4 Hours
Language: English and Spanish. Please indicate language preference at the time of registration.
Format: The TtT Refresher workshop is divided into the following four interactive, recap sessions:
  • Overview of WPS Requirements for Employers
  • Overview of WPS Training Requirements
  • WPS Training Points for Agricultural Workers and Pesticide Handlers
  • Training Methodology
