Pesticide Registration Requirements

WSDA now has a secure Pesticide Registration CSF Portal in which registrants can upload their Confidential Statement of Formula (CSF) to support a pesticide registration application. Do not use email, as this is not a secure method of sending CSFs.  This Portal is for CSF's Only.  All supporting documents should be emailed directly to pestreg@agr.wa.gov.

Fillable CSF forms:

• Section 3 CSF
• Section 25b CSF (AGR 707-4139)
• Spray Adjuvants CSF (AGR 707-4325)
• When submitting a CSF for an unregistered pesticide for an Experimental Use Permit, Section 24(c) Special Local Need (SLN) Registration, or Section 18 Emergency Exemption use the Section 3 CSF.

Instructions:

1. Please complete all the fields to ensure your CSF is associated with the correct application for registration.  In the "Notes" box please enter the type of registration you are applying for (Section 3, Section 25b, Spray Adjuvant, Section 24(c), Section 18, or WSEUP).
2. You may attach multiple CSF pdf documents (up to 10), but limit each upload to one specific product.
3. If you are a supplier (i.e. spray adjuvant repack) and are submitting your CSF in support of another company's registration application, use the "Notes" box to record their company name and product name.
4. Incomplete or missing information may result in the delay or denial of registration.
5. WSDA will continue to accept CSFs sent via ground mail and fax.
