Organic Pesticides
All pesticides sold and distributed in Washington State must be registered by WSDA's Registration Services. Submit the Application for Registration of Pesticides (AGR 707-4216) along with supporting documents and appropriate fees ($650/product/registration cycle) to register a pesticide.
In Addition, once your product is approved by Registration Services and your certificate of registration is received, you may apply to WSDA's Organic Material Program. The Organic Material Registration (and fees) is a separate process for registrants who wish to have their products approved for use in organic food production.
