What do you need today?

Kale is a member of the cabbage family and closely related to collard greens, broccoli, cauliflower, and mustard. Originated in Anatolia, kale, the descendant of wild cabbage, has over 400 varieties. Kale was brought to the United States by English settlers in the 17th centruy.
