What do you need today?

Celery is a member of the carrot family that is cultivated for its leafstalks.  It is closely related to anise, carrots, parsley, and parsnips. In Washington State, celery is usually available in the fall - September and October.

Celery should be juicy and crisp with a parsley-like flavor.
