What is the purpose of this registration?
To regulate those companies that are manufacturing or responsible for distributing the feed.

Manufacturing or distributing pet food or specialty pet food.
How do I apply?
You apply by completing an application form located here.
How much will it cost?
$90/Product if less than 10 lb packages $22/product per if distributed in 10lbs and greater package size only.

Fees and labels
Is the decision to approve dependent on anything besides the information in my application?
Yes, labels need to be approved. And after your registration is approved, you must report tonnage on a semi-annual basis.
When will I receive it?
Approximately 90 days after the Department receives the completed application.
How long is it valid?
Valid for 2 years

Chapter 15.53 RCW and Chapters 16-250 and 16-252 WAC
What is the appeal process?
Request a hearing under chapter 34.05 RCW, the Administrative Procedures Act.
