Christmas Tree Grower License
  What is the purpose of this license?
To support research aimed at protecting and enhancing the Christmas tree growing industry.
  What activities require this license and who needs to get it?
Anyone growing trees for the use of Christmas trees and who have more than one acre or harvests more than 400 trees annually is required to be licensed.
  How do I apply?
Submit an application on the online application system PISCES.
  How much will it cost?
The Christmas tree grower license consists of a $40 annual license fee plus a $3 per acre assessment with a maximum of $5,000.
  Do I need to include anything with my application?
Payment is required with application.
  Is the decision to approve my license dependent on anything besides the information in my application?
Only payment of the licensing fee.
  When will I receive my license?
Within two weeks of the receipt of application and fees by the Department of Agriculture.
  How long is it valid?
The license is valid from February 1 to January 31 of each year.
  What is the legal authority?
