Local Food Purchase Assistance (LFPA)

The Local Food Purchase Assistance (LFPA) program was a federally funded program that ran from 2022-2025. Across Washington, 31 hunger relief organizations received funding to purchase Washington-grown foods for distribution to people experiencing food insecurity. Over $11 million was allocated through this program, and its impact was felt in every county of Washington State. You can learn more about the LFPA program here.
