WSDA is assessing the potential impacts of pesticides on
threatened and endangered species and aquatic ecosystems to
ensure that pesticide use is not a limiting factor in the
recovery of threatened and endangered species in Washington
state. If a pesticide is identified as a potential
problem for ESA-listed species, WSDA will work with Washington’s regulated
community to develop a local plan for protecting threatened and endangered
species while minimizing the impact on the state’s pesticide users. Useful LinksTo view PDF files, download Acrobat Reader.
