Commercial Applicator

Rancher Private Applicator

Check this box to also include LPA's and RPA's in the resulting list of PA's. Hover your mouse over each type on the screen to see definitions.
Structural Pest Inspector

Limited Private Applicator (LPA)
Limited Private Applicator license allows the holder to supervise & apply restricted use herbicides on non-production agricultural land in Eastern Washington that includes pastures, rangeland, fence rows & areas around farm buildings. The use of aquatic herbicides is NOT allowed.
Rancher Private Applicator (RPA)
Rancher Private Applicator license allows the holder to supervise & apply restricted use herbicides on non-production agricultural land in Eastern Washington that includes pastures, rangeland, fence rows & areas around farm buildings and the use of restricted use herbicides and rodenticides on limited production agricultural land where grain and hay are grown primarily for personal use. (No more than 10% of the grain and/or hay grown may be sold.)
Expired licenses
Select whether or not you desire all licenses regardless of expiration date or just current licenses to be in the report.
Report sort method
Select the method to use for sorting the search results. The Business sort option only applies to CA/SPI license types. If the Zip method is selected for PA licenses they will be sorted by county.
Category selection
Uncheck this box to match Commercial Applicators that have any valid current endorsements.

Checking this box will allow you to select specific current endorsements for Commercial Applicators.
Spreadsheet output option
Check this box to have the search results formatted for merging into a spreadsheet. You should have some type of spreadsheet software installed in order to use this option. This may allow you perform more complex queries on the data. Please note: WSDA is unable to assist you with any aspect of using this output option.
Location selection
Select the business location you wish to search for licensees. Results may be returned from anywhere or statewide or a specific county in ID,OR,WA.
Complete wood destroying organism
Complete wood destroying organism (WDO) inspections are done for the purpose of determining evidence of infestation, damage, or conducive conditions as part of the transfer, exchange, or refinancing of any structure.
Specific wood destroying organism
Specific wood destroying organism (WDO) inspections are those done for the purpose of identifying or verifying evidence of an infestation of WDOs prior to pest management activities.

Pesticide and SPI License Lists

This page allows you to generate lists of the following:

Commercial Applicators (CA) - Use this search to find companies that are licensed to commercially apply pesticides. The list can be run by endorsements held or geographically.
Private Applicators (PA) - Due to public disclosure laws this list only includes name and license number. It is useful for pesticide dealers determining the license status of their Private Applicator customers. The list can be run geographically.
Structural Pest Inspectors (SPI) - Use this search to find individuals who are licensed to perform complete wood destroying organism inspections. The list can be run geographically.

Instructions:

1.   Select the license type you would like to search on. If you choose PA, you may include or exclude Limited PA and Rancher PA licenses.
2.   Choose how you would like the results sorted. For all three lists, you can sort alphabetically by the licensee’s last name. For CAs and SPIs, you can also sort alphabetically by business name or by its zip code.
3.   For CAs, you can search by one or more endorsements by doing the following:

  • To search for one endorsement – Leave the check in the endorsement box and then select the endorsement you want.
  • To search for multiple endorsements – Leave the check in the endorsement box and, while holding down the control (Ctrl) key, select the desired endorsements.
  • To search for all CAs without regard to endorsement – Uncheck the endorsement box.

4.   For all three lists you can search geographically by county, in all of Washington, or anywhere a licensee lives or business operates.
5.   For all three lists you can choose to export the results to a spreadsheet. This option may be beneficial if you would like to further manipulate the data.
