Mission Statement

The Weights and Measures Biofuels Standards Program establishes Biofuels standards that protect producers, distributors and buyers of Biofuels while encouraging and supporting the production and use of Biofuels in Washington State.

Accomplishments

  • Assembled Biofuels Technical Working Group, partnering agencies, industry and stakeholders to address technical issues concerning fuel quality and labeling standards. June 2006.
  • Hired Biofuels Standards Coordinator. July 2006.
