Strategic and Operational Business Planning, WSDA
Activity Inventory (which is associated with the
Agency Budget).
Coordinates the OFM
Performance Measures Assessment, the Independent Self
Assessment (WSQA) and
administers the WSDA annual self assessment.
Coordinates the
performance measure participation WSDA has with the
Puget Sound Partnership and
their Near Term Action (NTA) agenda. Provides co-facilitation
and training for the agency
LEAN
initiative to improve core business processes and enhance
the efficiency and effectiveness of cross divisional core
business within WSDA. Serves as the WSDA representative for the
OFM Economic Vitality Priorities of Government
(POG) task team.
