Plant Services ProgramFor more information, e-mail us or call (360) 902-1922. The Plant Services Program provides regulatory inspection of licensed retail [PDF 435 KB]and wholesale [PDF 99 KB] nurseries to ensure that consumers and the nursery industry are provided healthy, pest-free and disease-free plant materials. Inspectors enforce quarantines to prevent pest introduction and assure disease-free planting stock. Inspectors also provide export certification for plant products being shipped to other states and countries. To request inspection or obtain a phytosanitary certificate, contact the nearest WSDA Plant Services field office. Export certification is provided on a fee-for-service basis.
