The products regulated under the Fertilizers, Minerals, and Limes law - Chapter 15.54 RCW and the Rules Relating to Fertilizers, Minerals and Limes - (WAC 16-200-695 to 742) are those products considered to be commercial fertilizers. The intent of the law is to ensure that all fertilizers registered in Washington State meet standards for allowable metals and are consistently, accurately and uniformly labeled and guaranteed.

NEW: WAC 16-200-7401, Rules Relating to Determination of Penalties for Violations of the Fertilizer Regulation Act, new rules effective February 2, 2003.
