This annual license is required for each facility that distributes bulk fertilizer in or into Washington State.  The Bulk Fertilizer Distribution License is an endorsement to your Master Business License completed through the Department of Licensing by filling out a Master Application with an annual fee of $25/location.

The definition of "Bulk Fertilizer" per RCW 15.54.270(2) means commercial fertilizer distributed in a nonpackaged form such as, but not limited to, tote bags, tote tanks, bins, tanks, trailers, spreader trucks, and railcars.
