Dairy Nutrient Management Rulemaking

As authorized in Chapter 90.64.110 RCW, the department seeks to establish a process in rule  for:

• Determining when environmental penalties are issued for discharges to waters of the state or lack of required recordkeeping; and
• How the amount of the penalty is calculated.
