Chapter 16-390-060, WAC: What are the fees for inspecting beans, peas, lentils, hay and straw?

On November 4, 2008 the Director adopted this rule making proposal.  The effective date is December 5, 2008. 

This rule change was the result of the department's ongoing commitment to review and revise its rules, when necessary, as mandated by Executive Order 97-02.  The purpose of this rule is to update the WAC references cited in chapter 16-390-060 WAC, What are the fees for inspecting beans, peas, lentils, hay and straw?  The citations that were referenced in the WAC were out of date and needed to be updated with the current references.  No substantive changes were made to chapter 16-390-060 WAC.

These amendments were adopted the Expedited Rule-Making process, eliminating the need for the agency to hold public hearings, prepare a Small Business Economic Impact Statement, or provide responses to the criteria for a significant legislative rule.
