WAC 16-302-385 Grass Seed Standards for Certification

The purpose of this proposal is to correct a misalignment of the Grass Seed Standards for Certification chart that was reformatted.  It is necessary to correct this misalignment so that the standards can be correctly interpreted.

This rule is being proposed under an Expedited Rule-Making Process that will eliminate the need for the agency to hold public hearings, prepare a small business economic impact statement or provide responses to the criteria for a significant legislative rule.  If you object to this use of the Expedited Rule-Making Process, you must express your objections in writing, and your written objections must be received by February 23, 2010.
