The Washington State Crop Improvement Association moved their office headquarters from Yakima to Pullman. Therefore it is necessary to update the address accordingly. Additionally, the phone number currently listed in WAC for the Department's Seed Program is out of date. Thus, it is necessary to update the phone number as well.

These amendments are being proposed under an Expedited Rule-Making process that will eliminate the need for the agency to hold public hearings, prepare a Small Business Economic Impact Statement, or provide responses to the criteria for a significant legislative rule. If you object to this use of the Expedited Rule-Making process, you must express your objections in writing.
