Inspection Requirements for Fruits and Vegetables
Chapter 16-461 WAC
On November 20, 2007, the Director adopted proposed amendments to Chapter 16-461 WAC to require mandatory issuance of Certificates of Compliances for each individual load, even when shipped from one warehouse to another. This will mitigate the potential for duplicate reporting and additional inspection fees.
