Chapter 16-06 WAC, Public Records
In accordance with the public disclosure statute, chapter 42.56 RCW Public Records Act, agencies are to develop and maintain their public disclosure rules and processes. Amendments to the agency's current procedural rule on public disclosure fall under that mandate.
