RCW 90.64 Dairy Nutrient Management
The Dairy Nutrient Management Act requires all licensed dairies to develop and implement nutrient management plans.  The Act also authorizes an inspection program, transferred to WSDA from Ecology in 2003.

RCW 90.48 Water Pollution Control
WSDA uses tools from the Water Pollution Control Act to enforce state water quality laws at dairies.
