Food Safety ContactsIf you are inquiring as to processing, manufacturing, storing or handling any food or dairy products for wholesale or retail distribution, or if you custom slaughter or custom cut meat, you need to contact the Washington State Department of Agriculture Food Safety Program, for licensing and/or inspection information. On the map below, simply click on the county your business is in or will be in and it will bring up the contact information for the Regional Manager for that county that will be able to answer your technical questions.
