Contact Information Registration is Voluntary in Washington State.

What Contact Information is Needed?

Name or description of the location (i.e. farm name)

Address or driving directions to the location
-
Contact information (i.e. name, phone number, e-mail, etc.)

Type of operation (i.e. farm, slaughter, clinic, etc.)

Species of animals on the location
Who Should Register?
-
WSDA recommends that producers with bovine (cattle & bison), equine (horses,
mules & donkeys), swine, goats, sheep, poultry and camelids (llamas &
alpacas) register their contact information
Where is contact information Stored?
-
WSAIS contact information is stored at the State level in a secure Washington State database
How is contact information protected?
-
Contact information is confidential
-
All information submitted by an individual or a business for the purpose of
participating in a state or national identification system is exempt from
public disclosure under RCW 42.56.380(9)
To Register Your Contact Information:

Producers can register their contact information by downloading the application (Word)
or (PDF

Producers that want to register with the Washington State database only, cannot register online

Producers that want to register with both the Washington State and federal databases
can
register online
