Permits

Entry permits are issued from the state veterinarians office at 360-902-1878 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, Pacific time. An automated after hours system will record minimal information about the shipment and will issue a permit number. Staff will return the call if additional information is needed. 1-800-942-1035

The following animals are required to have an entry permit:

Beef/Dairy Cattle - Buffalo or Bison
Equine - Only on a six month passport or positive EVA test (stallions only)
Sheep - Rams only
Swine
Wild/Exotic/Zoos
