A commercial feed prepared and distributed for consumption by specialty pets. Specialty pets are domesticated animal pets normally maintained in a cage or tank, such as, but not limited to, gerbils, hamsters, canaries, psittacine birds, mynahs, finches, tropical fish, goldfish, snakes, and turtles.
