WSDA's Human Resources office is responsible for assisting management to develop, manage and administer agency programs in the areas of:

• recruitment
• hiring 
• training
• equal employment
• job classification and pay
• corrective and disciplinary action
• labor relations
• complaint investigations
• policies and procedures
• other human resource functions. 

Human Resources staff also assist WSDA employees and the public through career counseling and by answering questions regarding WSDA job opportunities and/or State employment in general.
