Comprehensive Irrigation District Management Plan
The CIDMP is an innovative approach to address the complex and intertwined set of fish and water issues facing agricultural landowners.  The objective of the CIDMP is to establish creative solutions and specific actions to address these difficult issues and integrate Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Clean Water Act (CWA) compliance into a workable, integrated framework.
