Agency-Request Legislation
A legislative proposal must be approved by
the Governor to be offered as agency-request legislation.
Typically, WSDA and other agencies submit proposals to the
Governor's Office in early fall and are notified of approved
proposals by the end of November.
2008 Agency-Request Legislation
Two agency-request legislative proposals were
passed during the 2008 Legislative Session and signed into law
by the Governor.
