The head of a company, or their designated employee, that engages in the business of applying pesticides to the land or property of another. This land can either be publicly or privately owned. Pesticides include many different types of products such as herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, weed and feeds, moss control agents, fumigants and marine antifouling paints to name a few.
